National Biomedical Engineering Innovation Design Competition Students won multiple awards, including Second Prize

In July 2024, students achieved remarkable success at the 9th National College Student Biomedical Engineering Innovation Design Competition held in Hainan. Among nine HIT teams, eight were from our faculty, winning one Second Prize and three Third Prizes. Winning projects included an AI based smart band for strength training, a near infrared rare earth nanoprobe for lymph node detection, and a magnetic nanoswimmer for targeted thrombolysis. This competition highlights our commitment to fostering innovation and practical problem solving skills in biomedical engineering.
